MAXQUARZO PRO AR ANTI-MOLD ANTIALGA ACRYLIC PAINT/PRIMER

Max Meyer Outdoor acrylic paint based quartz paint. Special anti-mould algae-anti-mold protection Acrylic paint for exteriors & interiors based on quartz paint. Contains special film preservatives that give painting a preventive protection from mold and fungi. Resistant to alkalis and atmospheric agents. Product characteristics: Resistant to alkalis and atmospheric agents, applicability, workability and remarkable adhesion. Stability of colors even on walls particularly exposed to light radiation and bad weather.
QUARTZ FINE contains special film preservatives that give the product a preventive protection from the formation of algae and mushrooms. The formulation based on acrylic resins and special quartzes gives the product hardness and resistance in outdoor. The covering, filling and low grip properties make it the perfect product for protection and decoration of outdoor products.
Fine Quartz paint can be used directly over all existing mold, mildew, moss, fungi, odor-causing bacteria and more. Its antimicrobial formula prevents the growth of fungal organisms on the paint film and aides in covering residual microbiological and fungal stains. Water-based lime primer binds chalky siding, masonry and metal.
PRODUCT FEATURES

Classification (UNI 8681): B4 COA2.FB. Painting by finishing layer, in aqueous dispersion, monocomponent, with physical drying, opaque, acrlycyrrhenum.
VOC Classification (Directive 2004/42 / EC): Paints for external walls of mineral support. EU VOC limit value for Fine Quartz (category A / c): 75 g / L (2007) / 40 g / L (2010) Fine Quartz contains a maximum of 40 g / L of VOC.
Application cycle
NEVER PAINTED WALL SURFACES:
make sure that the support has at least 28 days of maturing and clean thoroughly removing all traces of dust, dirt and loose parts. Level imperfections (holes, cracks or cracks) with Stuccotone Malta Antiritiro Fibrorinforzata. Check that the wall is perfectly dry and apply a coat of Fixative to Solvent (transparent or opaque). After 6-12 hours, apply at least two coats of Quarzo Fine.
PAINTED MURAL SURFACES:
remove any traces of paint that are not perfectly adherent and any efflorescence. In the presence of mold it is advisable to carry out a treatment with Micosteryl 1 followed by Micosteryl 2. Fix with a coat of Fixative to Solvent (transparent or opaque). After 6-12 hours, level with Stuccotone Malta Antiritiro Fibrorinforzata. Check that the wall is perfectly dry and apply at least two coats of Fine Quartz.
Practical advice: The plaster must be mature, clean, dry and free from poorly adhering parts. Environmental and support conditions: room temperature: min. 5 ° C / max 35 ° C; relative humidity of the environment: <80%; support temperature: min 5 ° C / max 35 ° C; humidity of the substrate: <10 of UR Apply on supports not exposed to the sun or to the driving wind.
Safety precautions: Keep the tin tightly closed and protected from frost. Does not require labeling (DL No. 52 dated 03-02-1997 and subsequent amendments and additions). The information for the user is contained in the relevant safety data sheet. Containers that are empty or have slight traces of film of dried residual product must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
