CALCE & CLAY SCULTURA is a great decorative innovation, a special formulation that combines natural and sustainable ingredients with high technology. A wall covering plaster with unique characteristics, which gives the possibility of creating real sculptures, surfaces with three-dimensional designs, in great relief, which offer the environment a truly spectacular aesthetic impact.

Clay based Decorative Line - Clay and Lime: The union of two natural raw materials, which integrate perfectly in the concept of green building and green architecture. CHARACTERISTICS AND FIELDS OF USE: CALCE & CLAY SCULTURA is a powder wall plaster based on natural clay, lime, calcarenite, formulated with sustainable raw materials with low environmental impact. CALCE & CLAY SCULTURA makes it possible to obtain unlimited high-relief finishes, intended for high interior decoration, which can be moulded, modelled and customised by the art and flair of the master decorator. Thanks to these characteristics, CALCE & CLAY SCULTURA opens up a new dimension of high interior decoration, where true artistic wall creations can be realised, absolutely unique and original, with high, soft or harsh thicknesses, depending on the desired effect, comparable to precious marble sculptures or natural rocks. CALCE & CLAY SCULTURA, thanks also to its extraordinary universality of use, is used in exclusive, high-impact environments, both in classical and modern style, where special living comfort is required, whose natural and prestigious finish leaves plenty of room for imagination, creativity and charm for a wall decoration of extraordinary beauty.

COMPOSITION: White clay, fine lime blossom, selected limestone aggregates, natural stabilizers and non-toxic additives.

We do not recommend using it on walls where the presence of rising or infiltrating humidity has been found.

- YIELD : 8-12 kg./sqm. depend of the applied thickness PH of the mixture: 12.5 +/- 0.5

- VISCOSITY (mix with 23% water): cps 320000+/- 10% rpm 20 - R7 at 25°C

- POT LIFE: Approx. 1 hour at 20°C

- WORKABILITY: The product remains mouldable up to approx. 2 hours, dry to a depth of 24/48 h, after which it can be sanded if required.

- DRYING: Partial 7 days, complete 28 days.

- TEMPERATURE OF APPLICATION: Between 5°C and 30°C

- PERMEABILITY TO WATER VAPOUR: sd = 0.15 m (UNI 8202/43).

- PACKAGING: 20 kg PP containers

- APPLICATION: Stainless steel trowel

- SHELF LIFE & STORAGE: 24 months in unopened cans protected from temperature changes.
